I was booked into hotel metro the room etc was average. value for money, there was an issue with the TV, the staff was very co operative and they shifted me to their new property metro inn at no additional cost ..it was like getting a room upgrade ,excellent experience food was also good and on time real appreciation for the staff of both properties

This was a terrible stay because room was so dirty and unclean. Washroom smell was awful. Staff was cooperative food was good but room condition was worst.
