Breakfast and stay was good. Near the museum 2-3 km which has a light and sound show at 6:30 and 7:30 rooms okay okay only.

Pathetic experience at this hotel. Checked in evening and hotel staff denied hot water availability. They said hot water will be available in morning 6-8am only. But when in morning we requested no hot water was available even by 7am. At 7:15 hotel staff came and said hot water will be closed by 8am. What kind of a pathetic service is this. Even check out time they mentioned is 10am even in make my trip it is mentioned 12pm. Why misleading information is provided?you guy's(mmt team) don't cross verify with hotel. Looks like a hostel, doors were closed at 10pm and no one was available at reception counter.

I have stay voucher of 2 nights including breakfast and lunch/dinner from makemytrip. But they directly denied for dinner on face and nothing to do for any help with makemytrip. In the end i paid for dinner other than booking. Owner also denied for help. Please do not book this hotel.

Maintenance is good

The stay is good rooms are clean and staffs are helpful and well behaved. Location is safe and recommended to families.

rooms were dirty, linen was bad, no toiletries provided, room service was not given inspite of ordering on phone, insects were there in each room, floor of bathroom was very slippery, night security was forcing us to stay inside room and not in corridor of hotel at 10 pm as if we were staying in hostel. thanks

Hotel is easy to access from The railway Station. Room was ordinarily. Washroom was also not clean. Staff was courteous.

Hotel was easy to locate as it is on The main Road. Room was clean and spacious. Washroom was hygienic. There was no parking facilities and there was no lift. Decent hotel for family

Service of The hotel was very slow. Location is very difficult to find. They also took time in housekeeping while we were about to check in.

The food was good, apart from that, management was bad, cleanliness was terrible
