Good Stay
The room was good. Neat, clean and well maintained. The staff both reception and kitchen were welcoming. Breakfast was not so great. The spread was decent but the quality was not great.

nice ambience
My stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was taken care of promptly. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view of the city. I really appreciated the soft lighting and tranquil atmosphere, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast every morning was varied and delicious, with plenty of options for all tastes. The location was also perfect, close to popular attractions and convenient public transport. Special touches like complimentary water, fluffy robes, and late check-out made my visit even more enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and I will definitely recommend it to friends and family looking for a comfortable, stylish, and peaceful city retreat

Good Stay
We took this hotel just for refreshing and didnt stay night there. Hotel rooms were good. Cap. Shubham Gupta metro station was walkable distance from Hotel. One demerit is restaurant doesn't have comfortable air conditioner!

Rooms are good but washrooms need to be maintained. Room service was not good . overall good stay.

The food quality is not good and the room is also not clean like a bed and pillow, bathroom is very very bed

The location was very close to Taj Mahal and Agra fort and stay was nice and comfortable but service was very slow.

Poor Stay
Rent price is Ok but Location is in very small street. Also found some insects in the room. In Bathroom water was not regular.

Food deliver late
Staff should be polite plus order was delivered at my room after 3hrs that should be change.Food should deliver on time.

In MAP they dnt provide ample amou pf food for dinner, please instruct the hotel to follow the basic needs as they are charging so high price

Excellent Stay
It was truly amazing staying at Hotel Maple Grand, Agra as it offered us nice and very clean Suit room, The manager, the receptionist all were very friendly and polite. At restaurant the chef provided us the breakfast was mouthwatering that you don't want to missed, also the dinner was excellent. Overall it was great experience. Thanks Kalpesh Dalwadi
