Review Of HOTEL MANSHA REGENCY

Room was not spacious enough. Wood work were all falling apart. Broken furnitures and bad odour in all places. Food was the worst part. Most of the time food was not prepared freshly, it was cooked atleast a week before and stored in fridge. Most of the food on menu were not available. A below average hotel at premium price.

Staff is not very courteous, don't feel very welcome here. Pool is in basement and no proper ventilation. Basement is hot and not worth swimming.

Good hotel, nicely located, i like the bakery shop near the hotel. The staffs were cordial. Nice breakfast. But could add variety.

Nice and polite staff. Told in front of 10% disc on f&b. Gave early check in. Good rooms and good food

Excellent hotel. Good service ks. Neat and clean room. I stayed in suite room. Which was very big and comfortable. Location is ok. In city. No views. But for family it is good.

Great stay, loved the hospitality of the staffs, clean rooms. If you are visiting port blair this is the place to stay hassle free

It's a nice stay and location was good, one thing about breakfast it's very less items, house keeping service was fast

Overall hotel is ok for 1-2days of stay but in breakfast option for vegetarian are very limited. Service is also too slow.

We stayed at mans-ha twice during our trip to andaman. First while arriving in port blair and secondly while departing at the fag end of the trip. Our first stay was quite awesome with literally no complaints at all. During our second stay, we had to face few hiccups: inconsistent wifi speed and untidy cushions. May be due to weekend rush, hotel staff wasn’t equipped to maintain top notch standards. Overall good experience.

Overall great experience with nothing much to complain. Location was good with easy access to local transportation including cabs and autos. Major tourist spots are nearby in 15-30min drive.

I have stayed here earlier also. Hotel is good. But i expected cooperation from hotel, my guest's father expired and he had to leave portblair same day. But hotel did not give any refund to him. In this critical situation they must have understand. Regards sakshi

I loved the ambience and also food it was absolute to the mark and it ensures safety too good place to come back again and stay with family

I stayed here while on a business trip. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is delicious. The room rates and food are on the higher side.

The room is nice and clean and the service staff is so supportive. Only that the drinking water they serve was not at all hygienic during our stay, the hotel doesnt have a delivery of packaged drinking water bottles and they serve in elegant glass bottles, but wherever they are filling the water, thats definitely untidy, we have seen green and white leafy particles floating in the jar and bottle and we have asked for replacement twice still we got the same dirt in the water. Finally i stormed to reception with the glass jar and questioend them over this, then they apologised and filled it from a mineral water camper and gave it, except this the incident the rest of the experience is good. There is a beautiful pool beside the restaurant but which cannot access at your wish, looks like the pool is only for decorative purposes as the pool timings are very limited. However as we kept requesting for pool, they allowed us for 1 hour in the night. Much thanks to the reception staff in the nights. The buffet breakfast is really tasty and has different options.

Good hotel but very few items they were provided in breakfst menu. Only one day buffe system was organized in my four days trip and lack of varieities in bkfast menu we expect more at this high booked price. Rest all are good.
