pathetic hotel. no water provided at arrival. we have been alloted 3 different rooms with in 3 hours. no chair, no kettle, no water bottle, no toiletries, intercom was down, manager at reception was not ready to listen. gyser was not on, on complaint to managers they didn't listen. no slipper was provided as mentioned in internary of hotel. and their meal service was pathetic. it's mentioned 24x7 but we were told that between 9;30 am to 10 .pm only service is available for food. and we are forced by lady manager , to eat same food 3 days , on name of complementary food, even if we paid to make my trip for our food . they provided us food when we ordered in evening 5;30.pm ,and they made it available at 2200 pm. crockery was broken, dirty, cafeteria was smeeling badly, they provided sugar tea to diabetic patients. mirchi food to small 5 year old. theire bedsheet was stained. on regular complaint made to them there was no action. their TV was not working. over all pathetic experience. no single person made our stay. there was smell of drink in the room allotted to us. on name of complementary even when we paid food price to make my trip ,we made realised that we are on their charity. hotel maira was showing 4* hotel on MakeMyTrip,but it is minus - 10 as per my rating. if possible please return rs which has taken from me , for breakfast and dinner
