1 _ Terrible Very bad behaviour and reception person argument me....and not parking the car .not parking area ..my car inside the main road And jharkhand police get the challan 2,670... Very bad hotel 🏨..

Good food, hotel manager very helpful and good behaviour, clean and safe hotel.

I got a good experience in this hotel . Staff of this hotel is very friendly.

When I enter in hotel then fellow came out & told wait for 5 min, they are doing break fast. It means no value of customer. I gave my booking print out then they give me rooms(2rooms I booked), I told that don't you need my ID card then that fellow told no need, & telling all information gathered in booking print out. How much security breech. Both the rooms under dirty & dust. Sweeper started sweeping in front of us. Bed sheet too bad. Bath rooms worst. Don't have words. Smelly .. Worst experience

Very worst service. No tv. No window. Nasty Bath room. No extra bed. The bed very hard. Make my trip is a fake site. Don't book through this site. Rooms average. Rate is rs 500. But taken triple by make my trip

All was good food facilities stay and location but there is some space for improving in the service and facility sector. Food can also be improve. Bathroom are dirty and there should be some more bathroom facility like hangers for clothes and chairs are also dirty

Location is good but bathroom is dirty with no hanger. Rooms are decorated & spacious but chairs are filthy. Window must have some grills especially on the first floor roadside room as safety. LCD was good. 24 hours front desk is there. But room services are not there. Curtain is on a pipe & door has a narrow slit.

Very very poor. Very dirty. Only drinkers was there. Mosquito in the room. Bathroom was unhygienic. Flush not working. Totally worthless. Very bad experience of life. What more I can write ?? I don't have words with to explain the badness of this hotel. Please refund my money.

I checked in on 13. 11. 16 for one day, I was allot ed Room No. 201, TV volume not working so I asked for Room change, shifted to Room No. 101 bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty not changed, on complain it was changed, room was not cleaned only single light was focusing on your face when watching TV, Spider mats were on walls as if cleaning has not been done for long, Mosquitos was biting in day time, I bought Montein for sleeping at night. Bath Room was horrible, Pot was not cleaned for years

Sourabh International is good located area but there is no facilities like no drinking water, hot water no television no bathroom toiletries, no cleanliness no telephone bedsheets are so dirty in short this hotel is 200 Rs rent hotel.

The location of hotel is very good. Price of hotel is pocket friendly. Babadham temple near from the temple 3 minute walking distance. Satsang ashram is 20 minutes. Plenty of restaurant behind the hotel. Hotel staff is not bad. Room service is average. Distance between station to hotel is 8 km.
