The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life.

The hotel ambience was good. Behavior of the staff was also good. But one of the basic need like television, was not operational neither they could fix/nor they could replace it in 3 days.

Ok. Toilet needed to be more clean. Flush not working properly in toilet. Towel not provided. Room service may be upgrade. Otherwise ok in all respect. Properity is very clean and the behaviour of the staff is very good. Boarder my be prefer this hotel.

The hotel reception said they have full occupancy and they can't provide stay. They said i will get refund. Had to roam around in city with family, pay extra 500 to my taxi, and book another hotel at a much higher price. And i did not recieve any refund. Make my trip helpline number did not pick my call. Pathetic and harrasment by the hotel people.

No tea in morning service is very poor

We stayed for 2 nights, staff behaviour was very good, rooms were clean, all outs provided as mosquito repellants that helped, dinner was prepared and served at the time we asked for. Overall a very good experience

It was overall nice experience in Deoghar. Hotel was really nice and the staffs were also helpful. Hotel was little bit far from the train station(Jasidih) but it was really nice.
