Review Of New Grand Hotel

Very Bad Hotel in the Deoghar City, Please don't book this hotel, totally wastage of money. Room ke andar jane par Mobile me network hi nahi rahega, Is Hotel ke network issue ke karan Naukri chala jata mera. Requesting to all, Please don't book this hotel

Okay. Room in nice and clean. Room and toilet is clean, space is good but wi-fi is not working. Overall i like it.

The provided room was not upto the mark in terms of quality of mattresses, toilet commode which was very filthy and even it's cover was also broken. The taps were corroded and decades old and even leaking. Curtain at wiindiw was such that anyone can see inside from both sides. We also had food at restaurant, where the oil used in our dishes was old and having smell. Sorry we have not clicked the pics

The property is located very close to baba baidyanath temple and is easily approachable by e-rickshaws and car. Found it very clean and all amenities operational. Special mention to the food in the restaurant, where you must try their pane-er butter masala and fulkas. All in all great experience offered by the hotel. Not to forget, their staff is very courteous.

Location wise good, near to railway station but there is no specific hotel parking. You have to park your vehicle outside far off hotel. Not at all hygeine. They are not even providing a complementary water bottle. Washroom is very dirty.
