Hotel B S Heights

I travelled with senior citizens and the lift was also not working i need some type of concession on this

We booked two double sharing rooms at the property. Actually we were six people and shared 3 people per room. The bed was sufficient for three people. The room was decent, we didn't find any difficulties in the property. It's location was good. Drinking water was available at the property. Lift is also available. It's almost a kilometre from the Babadham mandir. We didn't avail food here but there are many good restaurants near by We booked two double sharing rooms at the property. at night when I arrived at Deoghar around 8 pm the receptionist told me that there are fully hotels booked but in make my trip it was there and he told me to pay double the amount of hotel then I booked through make my trip and he argued with me that he won't give me the extra bed as I caught his lies these hotels are exploiting the customers and looting them in night

First of all room was too small and lift was too small for capacity of two person and very bad smell of dead rat in lift and no restaurant in hotel no any typ of brevrege served like tea or coffee that’s is very horrible.

Property is close to baba baidnath mandir. The also allow us for early checking as our train timing was early morning. Receptionist behaviour was also very polite. Overall it was nice stay.

Very nice hotel. Comfortable stay. Staff is very cooperative. Hotel is near to baba dham. You can see baba temple shikhar from hotel terrence.

Hotel was very good!!. It is very near to the baba dham that was walking distance for me. And all staff member behaved vey well they are very humble and kind they are very helping nature ,during stay they understood our situation and treated very well that’s most important for me. Room was also good &cleaned. According to the price I highly recommend this hotel if want visit baba dham or want to only stay there.

It was good experience but they don’t have theirs own restaurant. Had faced difficulties in fining cutlery and plates. No geyser was there in bathroom. Though it was mentioned in hotel availability

It is good, location was good very near to the temple which i liked the most. Hotel is good, but have slight issue of maintenance. Staffs are good and helpful. Food arrangement is not available in the hotel which may cause problem to families. On day 1, we had a bad impression as our 3 rooms were allotted in 3 different floors which we didn't take in good faith. From day2 they arranged in the same floor. Overall i am rating it as good - 4.

Location is good, but no facility for food in house. Also no toiletries are provided. So you need to carry or buy from nearby stores. Water is also provided on paid basis.
