room was good for money, staff was well mannered and room was very spacious , location of the hotel is perfect for pilgrimage visiting l.

very bad experience with staff, they misbehave with me and start threatening to, and room is not properly clean.

Hotel was so clean staff behaviour is very good.

Room is not so good and bathroom is totally disappointed because there is no hand pressure in the bathroom.

Satya safe and good environment all the availability at time, close to baba dham which is the best, good staff, always to assist of our full member, and cooperation till the baba darsa, over all the hotel nice cleaning, hot water and cold water also supply, very good for the hotel near to baba dham

Hotel location is good, toilatery not provided, towels & bed sheets damaged, after complaining didn't change

Room was very good. Neat & clean bathroom, with geyser. Just 2 min walk away from mandir. Lift facility available. No restuarant. Staff provided the food & drink as & when required from outside.

Location wise excellent, basic amenities. Staffs are also good. Didn't ordered food, hence won't be able to comment. Overall good, but cheaper hotels are around in same location

Location is bit interior personally i didn't like the location of hotel, nearby no good restaurant for food have to visit tower chowk for food and other stuffs

Hotel is good and near to temple. But service not good. For basic need we need to ask to hotels service but they will provided only half.

The decision to book this hotel has been the worst one for me. however other than location everything else was substandard. The linen was unclean and worn out, towels were dirty, torn and stained, bathroom had no warm water and there was frequent load shedding without any power back up. The hotel receptionist was unprofessional and clue less, could not arrange for bottled drinking water on request and payment basis.

The hotel is located very close to the temple and also to city bus stand. Auto rickshaws are available out side the hotel. Hotel has four stories and a lift is available for up and down movement. Bathroom is small, has western toilet but wadh basin is out side. The room somehow looks just a place to spend the night. The ambience in the room and space do not give a comfortable feeling. Even for a cup of tea, one has to depend on outside resources as it does not have any cooking facility. Not worth paying the amount charged by the property when compared to other similar hotels in the city.

No generator facility for lift my room was on 4th floor no room service

Hotel is just 200 meter away from purab darwaja of baba mandir. Walking distance is to mandir.
