Hotel bathroom taps were attacked by rust and receptionist ask for extra charges during checkout

Everything was very bad the door is broken in the Minnor anything was not clear also not any privacy

Room was different than what shown in mmt page, but we upgraded to a better room exchange of 500 extra. It was very nice, safe and confortable stay. Mr. Mohan (property manager ) and his team was very helpful.

Not proper cleaning, no towel provided. No staff to serve meal in room. Management should do something for those problems.

Room is not up to the standard. Needs to be well furnished, such as no hot water arrengement, bathroom flush is broken. These problems are to be addressed properly for customers point of view

Rooms were not same as shown. Bathroom door was not good. Toilet flush was not working. After complaining twice we got new room. But that room was not cleaned properly. No service was provided as shown. Room was small. We didn’t get the size we booked. We booked king size bed. But bed was small we couldn’t properly fit into it

The place was not as good as shown in picture. The room is 800 worth only no facility except the bed and almirah and bathroom is too small

Actually position of hotel is too good. It is nearer to mandir and also market and walking distance from station. Hotel is good in respect of cleaning, services and good behaviour of staffs. From all corner it is a very good hotel.

The time of check out they quarrel with me and wanted 800 rs extra for giving us room on the day of arrival for fresh up and we use it only for 1 hour.

I stayed in delux double for 2 nights. The room was huge with a very comfortable bed and attached bath. It even had an android tv which is rare. The food was also tasty. No

Staff not bothered for hospitality, it is just for stay not maintained well. Plus point being close to mandir

I have stayed with my family and it was very easy to locate this hotel, attached restaurant was a superb. just park your car and 3 minutes walk to the temple. Mr.Mohan MAnager was very helpful. thanks 👍
