होटल पूरी तरीके से प्रोफेशनल नहीं है वहां पर रुकना ठीक था शांति प्रिय लोगों के लिए लेकिन होटल में निर्माण कार्य चल रहा है इसलिए थोड़ा व्यवधान था लेकिन होटल शांत वातावरण में है मंदिर और बाजार से थोड़ा दूर है होटल में रेस्टोरेंट भी नहीं है इसलिए खाने-पीने के लिए दूर जाना पड़ता है साफ सफाई ठीक है निर्माण कार्य की वजह से हमें पानी के लिए दिन में परेशानी उठानी पड़ी बाकी कमरों की साफ सफाई ठीक है

Had a decent stay. the room is comfy. need a bit of improvement but the people managing the property were really humble and helpful and made sure I had a good stay. Apart from that few improvements need to be done. the place has things in walkable distance. thanks to the team at aparna making sure I was comfortable. keep up the good work.

I was looking for a property near baba baidyanath dham temple and i got this property within 2. 5 km distance. I was little confused by the previous review and ratings however reality was completely different. Infrastructure was brand new and the price was cheap. I liked this property

Very bad service. No hot water. No drinking water service. Even towel also not provide by hotel.

This hotel is the under construction so, not properly sevice, rooms are not finished.

I came here late night around 11. 30 pm for check in but manager behaviour rudely that he will not check in during the time it was the bad experience for me. Also there environment is too terrible for couple because no one is supporting at a moment. Some people is knocking the doors at night which is totally bad for their environment.

Hotel was under renovation, and manager behaviour was pretty good, if you go by car then it was perfect place. But without car communication are tough. Room and toilet are clean.

Not recommended at all. Rooms toilet were not properly cleaned after one use. Bedsheet has not been changed, bindia of the previous user was still stick-ed upon the side of the sheet. There were leftover soaps on the soap case of the toilet. They provide no services or care for their customers. Most of the time, there was no water in the toilet, had to use drinking water for toileting.

No service at all, no water, no electricity, unhygienic, disappointing

Worst service. Need more improvement on room, service and professionalism. This is first time we experience there is no drinking water available in an Indian hotel hotel. We had to buy water. Filthy towels, bed covers, sleep covers. Bathroom is awful. Water does not pass through due clogged drains. I will not recommend this hotel.
Just room, no basic amenities. For drinking water hotel owner chargers 20 per bottle. No free drinking water available. The room is excessively small, the towels, bed cover. Bathroom stinks, the drain clogged, water does not pass through easily. Full of mosquitoes, requested for mosquito repellent, but got agar batti. Finally managed whole night with blanket and running full speed fan. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel is a bit away from the famous clock tower. It is a newly started one and therefore food facility is not currently available. The Nandan pahar is very close to this hotel.
