Good Stay
It's a good homestay with spacious rooms, kitchen in running condition and clean bathroom. The host is also well behaved. Only problem is they charge extra for both rooms AC together even if you use AC in one room. Also the AC is in good condition in only one room. The other room's AC is in poor condition.

Thanks for the stay and the review. Once all rooms are with AC we will price accordingly and there would be no extra charge. Regarding poor condition of one AC we will do the needful as the ACs are quite new(max 2-3 years old. Pls visit again for even better experience- thanks once again!

they charged extra for ac no basic amenities were given very poor service

This is the rating of all 1s. 1. As the picture shows there is some lapse on cleanliness front which is rare and we will ensure that this does not happen in future. 2. AC extra charge is not wrong as we don’t claim AC facility in our listing as there is no AC in one of the two units.. Once both the units are having AC we will include everything in the declared rate. 3. No other specific point mentioned in the review hence not able to comment on why we are rated as 1 on all parameters. (Last 8 reviews have given us 4 or 5 and one review as 3. Hence 1 is an outlier and can kindly be ignored)

businessIt was our home. Can't forget such a beautiful owner. He was like my father figure and her wife was like my mother figure. I wish i could stay some more day. But definitely i will plan again.

It had been a nice experience having been staying at sneha kunj. All basic necessities for staying had already been there.

familyGood points : just 1. 2 kms away from baba baidyanath mandir. Rooms are spacious and clean. The care taker/ owner was friendly. Bed was clean. Things to improve : none of toilets have window shutters, very difficult for ladies to manage. Toilet floors are very dirty and no cleaning done. Blankets will not be provided untill asked. When asked for blanket we got window screen to be used as blanket. Ac charges extra( 400rs per room per night. Two of our family member's number lock suitcase were found to be opened. We dont know who did that. We didnt loose anything as we had not kept any valuables.

Thanks for the positive comment about location and rooms and also the host. Your advice regarding window screen in toilets is noted. Cleanliness of toilets was an issue because some repairs had taken place and normally it’s never an issue. We have sufficient number of blankets but will be ready with sheets which perhaps you required. Observation regarding number lock is surprising as the room keys are shared strictly with the guests only and we never had any complaint from any of our guests in the past. Will try to fix any loopholes if any comes to our notice in this regard. Thanks and regards.

My stay in the hotel was comfortable. The position of hotel is very good. The behaviour of the owner is very good. But i missed a tv. Hope to stay there again

The home stay is good, rooms are really spacious, well maintained. Cleanness is up to the mark. The owner ( mr singh) is very polite and cooperative. Utensils, gas etc are available in kitchen for cooking. The only thing i would request to provide toiletries like shampoo etc ( however liquid soap was available at dinning area) should be readily available with each room. However, it's nice home away from home to stay at deoghar
