There is simply room in home. They arrange cleaning after our reach and we require to stay outside upto one hour. There is no caretaker for cleaning and small services. It is more terrible, we asked drinking water, then it has been said, night mai 11. 30 pm per drinking water milta hai kya. Which is basic and normal need. We very hardly passed the night without water. We require to handle luggage ourselves due to non availability of caretaker.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me reply to all the mishaps according to you. We had arranged your room in 2nd floor. But after your request we arranged room on 1st floor which took time. We provided you basic drinking water. We can't fulfill all your drinking needs. It's obvious that during daytime you have to buy your water. Luggage was carried by our staff. You have booked room for one night. Due to yaur reasons you didn't check out. We helped you in train tickets as we treat our guests as family. We helped you in food also. Being a homestay we did our best. You were ungrateful.
