    located in congested market, with heavy traffic, un clean rooms. Eventhough now a days need ac in room but here there is not even a fan in a room ! to avoid suffocation,you need to keep window open & traffic noice & periodic loud noice compel you to nave sleepless night. they don't have RO plant in hotel , they are providing just 1 lt water between 2 people for 24 hr. given hotel no is hotel's ex employee & you will not get any answer. no one on reception counter & for small things servent asked that you talk to manager who untraceable!

    Dear Sir, we are really sorry for the inconvenience you had at the property, but as pre the pictures shown by you - the rooms and toilets are clean enough . yes, we situated close to the market hence noise will diffinately be there... Since, Ladakh being a close place ranging from 10 degrees to 25 degrees -fans are not required , but we provide them on demends on the customers we only provide 500ml water per person in the hotel and most of the hotels do the same.
