Dear Alok Ji, thank you for taking out your precious time to write this review for us. First of all we and most of the hotels do not provide heater facility in hotel rooms and it is clearly mentioned at the time of booking. In spite of that you were continuously arguing with hotel staff and owner. Secondly some of our rooms have old furniture yet they are extremely well maintained as they are new one. Good one for solo travelers

I stayed at this hotel alone. The staff are very co-operative and kind and got hot water even in 10:00 pm. Good experience.
