Bilkul bakwas bed p cockroaches hai service bilkul bikar every morning afternoon Ac connection cut aaked for water 9hours wait not given hai singal drop of waters very bed hotel

It was a terrible experience. There were cockroaches all over the bed. not able to sleep, it to the hotel staff they said "bahar se aajate hai" what nonsense it far from Dargah, so please do not book it door lock is broken they first provided 6 bedroom drom to a couple then ask us to shift again at 4 pm pathetic experience

ये जो आरज़ू होटल हैं इसका घटिया मैनजमेंट है जब हम रात को लेट होने की वजह से 1 बजे दिनांक 10/08/2025 को होटल में गए रिस्पेशन पर था वो शराब के नशे में था और सो रहा था उसने हम से कहा ये तुम्हारा टाइम है आने का तुमको दिन में आना था और रूम के बिजली के बटन टूटे हुए थे जिसका मेरे पास फ़ोटो भी है रूम गन्दा टॉयलेट गन्दी बेड शीट गंदी और फटी हुई कॉकरोच घूम रहे थे मिला जुला कर मेक माइ ट्रिप से ये मेरी पहली और लास्ट बुकिंग है मेक माइ ट्रिप की गलती ये है इनको जैसा होटल होता है उसकी रियल फोट डालना चाहिए फोटो में कुछ था रियल में बहुत गन्दा था आप को इस होटल की इंक्वायरी करनी

Hi team, im very upsetting this hotal

The Manager of Arzoo Palace was not co-operative and very rude Behaviour Let told us to leave the Hotel as we were not even disturbing them in Common Area Washroom was also very Dirty and Very Fool Smells Over all I am Not satisfied if possible give refund and also remove this Hotel your Website or else charges them heavy Penalty I think you should take Strict Action Against Them

Hotel is not good. Staff drink liquor. Mostly people smoke cigarettes and not prefer family

The hotel was unhygienic and the AC was switched off all the time i had go and inform them to on it and had booked triple bed for all 3 rooms but I received it 2 bed rooms with triple bed there was no towel and soap provided at the hotel after asking also they didn’t provide i would not suggest anyone to go to this hotel

It's a good place to stay in ajmer. The staff members are very kind and helpful. Recommended for solo visitors

Congested room wagging pant slice. Bathroom is too small even can’t stand properly. Hot water for bath is not available in it

I just booked the room for 1 nyt stay but the room is so small and toilet, bucket and taps so dirty. The walls of the room doesn’t have good paint. All the paints are coming out. Every corner of the rooms having dust. The rooms have very foul odour and it feels like suffocating.

Hotel was not at all good the bedsheets were torn and the rooms were not clean curtains had a typical smell and the pillows and mattress were so hard that one feels like sleeping on a concrete.

average experience I had in my last trip to Ajmer The room was very small but all the other things were quite ok

बेड सीट फटी हुई थी एक रात में २ बजे के बाद बंद क्र देते हे कॉल कर के चालू करवाना पड़ता हे पखे पर गन्दी बहुत लगी हुई थी सेटअप बॉक्स में रीचार्ज नहीं था वाईफाई रेंज फ़ास्ट मंजिल पर वी नहीं आ रही थी बहुत बेकार

I am a solo traveler I really appreciate the Arzoo hotel in Ajmer's excellent stay I was never scared of safely staying in a hotel The staff are very awesome I'm so happy to stay in arzoo next visit I hope I will stay again thank you so much 🙏

worst experience it was. cockroach was moving here and there. Bad smell wad coming inside the room.

I booked for a night stay at the place with family. The website offered free car parking facility and wi-fi. But, there is no car/bike parking facility for this hotel, no wi fi. You have to leave your vehicles at the ajmer railway parking, and be ready to walk use rikshaws to take your luggage to this place- almost a kilometer away. Additional bed may given for a child, but no bed sheet was given! truth-telling, i felt defrauded/cheated after making advance payment and booking the place ahead of my visit. My message to all future travelers considering the place for stay is: be aware, don't expect what they promise!

No basic things like door mat

The rooms and toilet of the hotel was good but there was problem of electricity the electricity was not constant. But my experience is good u can go for it.
