Review Of Hotel Lords Highway Inn

The hotel room was very dirty and the bedsheet & pillow cover wasn't washed. I had requested multiple times for dental kits and shaving kits, but they refused. Overall my experience was very bad in this hotel.

The bedding was not clean. Neither they asked for any id while check in nor at the time of check out. Water from tap was dripping continuously. Electric socket was detached. Not happy with the stay.

Terrible experience, no hygeine, disturbing area, have no mirror, no proper lighting in room and bathroom was really horrible, bad location, no facility available according to the price, 3rd grade hotel.

Sanitize r at enterance. Staff is really great. Location is really great. We can view snow cap mountain ranges from our window. It's in market area on main road.

In menu they provide only veg dinner as complimentary. So never book this Hotel with breakfast or with dinner. Book for rooms only.

Service of Hotel was not good at all. We have changed the room due to non working of tv. Food was not good too. Though a lot of scope exists for improvement.

It's near Gaggal airport. Unfortunately there was no transport next morning at 06:15 when I checked-out. It took 25 minutes to walk to Gaggal airport. I wouldn't recommend the walk as its on a dark highway with trucks whizzing by.
Sheets didn't seem clean. Room seemed run down with bare wires hanging out. Hot water didn't work. I checked-out at 6:15 next morning but all the staircase lights were off and it was also dark at reception with nobody at the desk.

Room was spacious, food was good, you should try chicken biryani, room no 106 is the best because it is on the sunny side and the view is very good. Peaceful place to stay their. Room service is very good.

Overall stay was OK.. I forgot my offer for complimentary breakfast but neither hotel staff has informed and also they have charged for that.. Hotel room cleaning were not properly.. Parking is in open area at roadside.

Hotel is located on the national highway car is parked next to the main road not safe parking space. Hotel rates are really overpriced I felt that I had paid more than 3 times the price for the room. Totally untrained staff they just don't know their.
