    Bad, really disappointed

    I booked room on 10th night but due to late train, I reached around 1 in the destination which was provided to me, but I failed to find the Hotel and neither the number provided in the site worked, I wasn't able to check in and also was too late for refund, this type of service is unacceptable, I am hugely disappointed by the service, really angry, I wasn't going to give 1 rating either for this.
