Terrible UNHYGENIC and highly priced.
terrible experience. 1. uncleaned room and bathroom. exhaust fan in bathroom not working. when i asked the owner he simply asked me to give keys. how could i give keys of room in my absence when my bags were there. 2. landline not working 3. poor basic amenities like towels and toiletries. 4. lift not working 5. AC is controlled by receptionist. they not allowing using of AC more than 1 hour in a day. 6. poor ventilation in room. 7. there is no double bed but two single bed merged which is more uncomfortable. further the bed size is 4×5 only. It is pertinent to mention that when i requested to owner/staff for give me another room they refused to give anothrr room. even almost 6~7 rooms were available at that time. Final suggestion if u are reading this~ because in booking we had to pay full amount and then they give us the worst room so the remaining better or clean room can be given to those people who come without booking

Dirty washroom. Small insects moving on the bed. Dirty towel. After reminder AC was on. No carpet. No night bulb. Tap was not working properly.

Disappointing stay at Hotel Laxmi Villa Palace - Jaipur booked via MakeMyTrip. Promised facilities like a working TV and a Telephone were unavailable, and the "complimentary breakfast" was limited to tea and one basic item, and with extra charges for anything else. Misleading listing and poor service. I won't recommend it at all. Disappointing stay at Hotel Laxmi Villa Palace - Jaipur booked via MakeMyTrip.
