The room was very dirty, there was a lot of bad smell, even after complaining at the reception no one listened, it was cleaned after 4 hours but not properly

Disappointing stay at Hotel Laxmi Villa Palace - Jaipur booked via MakeMyTrip. Promised facilities like a working TV and a Telephone were unavailable, and the "complimentary breakfast" was limited to tea and one basic item, and with extra charges for anything else. Misleading listing and poor service. I won't recommend it at all. Disappointing stay at Hotel Laxmi Villa Palace - Jaipur booked via MakeMyTrip.
