They did not give me couple entry and it was written while booking the hotel that it was 100% refund but i did not get any refund even after cancellation.

It's average service property bathrooms are old and no hand wash and shower gel not available in bathroom

Overall journey was good, good staff behaviour and cleaning the bus.

When we reach the hotel they tell us that they do not allow unmarried couple, we agreed but for asking the refund they denied.

location is good and staff vihevior good , my rating is 5 star, no extra comments, my 4 day staying is enjoyed.

The room was booked with breakfast, but at the time of check out, the management informed that they only provide breakfast worth rs 150/person/day as per their menu. I ended up paying for the extra amount as well. Amount is not of concern however, service is. Wrong practice being followed.

Location is very good, food is not good, looks like mesh food, no complementary water, toilet are ok. Over all ok for one night stay( non ac room. Car parking avilable. Staff is good.

good stay. silent and chilling ac, tv for entertainment, hot and cold water 24*7, and most important - food - very good and hot and nice tea. and walking distance from railway station. i liked it 👍🏻

Safety wise hotel maintained all safety measures like social distancing and hygiene location is good, good parking space, breakfast is available but restaurant is not delver lunch and dinner

Service was all satisfactory, but the room was too small for single occupancy. Somebody carrying extra luggage has to be little concerned with the space available. But then overall satisfactory stay for a night.

The Hotel is easily accessible fro railway Station and the Hotel is neat and clean.
