Review Of Hotel Ramkrishna

My experience was terrible. I am jagga raju, aged 58 years old, working as sr. General manager in an indian pharmaceutical company based in mumbai. I traveled to betul from mumbai for hindu rituals at a temple there. This was my first visit to the city. A local brahmin met me at the railway station and accompanied me to the hotel, staying with me for two hours. The rituals were performed late in the evening, after which two brahmins dropped me off at the hotel, and we had some discussions before they left. This morning, at 6:30 am, when i tried to check out of the hotel, the hotel employee/receptionist demanded rs. 500 from me, citing discussions that had taken place in my hotel room. He further explained that the room was booked for single occupancy and no one else should have entered room no. 202. Reluctantly, i agreed to pay on the condition that he provided a receipt. He refused, stating that separate payment receipts can not be issued for the same room. This argument dragged on for half an hour, and eventually, he relented. The situation caused me great stress as i feared missing my return journey train at 7 am. From betul. *i have never experienced such poor service

Old hotel not maintained split AC sound like window AC, bathroom not cleaned and smelly rooms.

Stay Krishna hotel is good but please warm water facility at 24×7 please consider.

Good hotel in Betul, only veg food.

Very bad attitude of manager they always in very high attitude

Rate variation is too high, if we going manually rate is some amount and in MMT it is high, also they are not allowing early check or late check-out for online booking while manually hotel check out is 24 hours.

Bed was in good condition but other facilities were not maintained.

This Hotel is not up to the mark. Blanket were smelly.

Location of the Hotel is good. Food was not included in my package. Room device is good. Staff is prompt. But car parking space is not adequate.

Facilities fair. Behavior of the staff was good. Should be hand wash and sleeper in washroom.

Rooms are horrible in terms of maintenance and cleanliness. Bathrooms are terrible and uncleared. We saw 3 super deluxe rooms all are horrible. Ultimately on my shouting they gave me a executive room which was also not up to the mark.

What a pathetic hotel. No facilities available. No wifi. Staffs were rude. Shocking to see how MakeMyTrip even recommends such low standard hotel. Completely cheated and one of worth experience ever got. Strongly protesting. For recommending such hotel.

Service is very poor & front desk staff was very adament to say no. No facility in room, towels were dirty, iron was not there in hotel, they were very non co-operative, Will not recommend to stay anyone there.

Make my trip is over charging than the rack rate of the hotel. It is absolute cheating ... Also the hotel is giving 24 hrs checkout facility but make my trip doesn't provide. If we book directly we will get better rates and facilities
