It was a great experience to stay with this hotel. The staff is very helpful. The owner of the hotel is a legendary person. Who helped and guided us for travel and sightseeing. Rooms are clean and neat.

We recently stayed at this hotel in Jaisalmer with our two kids, and it was an exceptional experience! The property is beautifully designed, showcasing the rich ethnicity and cultural charm of Jaisalmer. Every corner of the hotel felt clean and well-maintained, especially the washrooms, which were spotless and hygienic—a big plus when traveling with kids. The rooftop offered a breathtaking view of the Jaisalmer Fort and the surrounding cityscape, the view makes our evenings. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. If you're visiting Jaisalmer and looking for a blend of comfort, cultural vibes, and great service, this hotel is an excellent choice!

First night’s room had bad smelling washroom. Second night’s room was much better. Excellent food, attentive staff and plenty of bottled water.

At first i was sceptical, but when i saw the room i was blown away, it was room 107, big room with beautiful interiors, structure, etc. Room and the washroom were clean. If someone requires a kettle, they will provide you 1. The location is good. Rooftop restaurant is normally good with a decent price.

Very good hotel and restaurant can’t recommend it enough. We spent two nights here. The owner mr. Pad-am ji was very helpful and all the staff is extremely nice. The room is very spacious, comfortable, clean. There are some really charming corners next to the window best to snuggle up with a book.

Good rooms. Our booking was for standard rooms but the hotel upgraded our tooms to deluxe rooms.

Hotel in the heart of the city. Near from all site seeing places. Will recommend.

Narendra ji who is the owner was an amazing host. He gave us good time to take us through the property and explained the map and the places we should be covering. The hotel is at a great location. Walking distance from all the key places. The food is amazing! candlelight dinner with the fort view on the rooftop is cherry on the cake. Overall a great experience!

The hotel denied accommodation to us, even though we had a confirmed reservation with payment made in Advance. The hotel manager seems to be pissed off with MakeMyTrip on some other issue and is finding happiness by denying the bookings from MakeMyTrip. Not sure why the hotel is still MakeMyTrip assured in the site and humiliating the customers. Pathetic.

I am vinod kumar. I booked hotel Lalgarh from 19 th to 20th Feb . The room st inked and my wife felll ill. I am very unhappy with the room. A govt servant paying 2700 for the room and not getting the service is a painful experience. I called the attendant he also felt the smell and said sorry. My first experience with MMT is awful.

Hotel is okay. Room is good. Hot water is a big issue, they are wasting lots of water. The owner is good person. No electric kettle in the room. Overall this is average hotel. The best thing about this is its location because the fort, the market, the haveliya all are on walking distance.

The overall experience is good but food is very costly and very limited variety is available . There is no arrangement for driver's accommodation and foo ding. Hotel management Needs to improve the service

Hotel manager was very courteous. He allowed us to stay in the room 4-5hrs after check out time as we had a late night train. All in all a great experience of staying at lalgarh fort and resort. Would recommend it for couples and family
