Review Of Hotel Lakend

The location of the property is beautiful, it's on fatehsagar lakeside. The rooms are decent size. We had the city view room which were fine but the lake view ones have an amazing view. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant where you can enjoy the sunset. The restuarant pizzeria by the lake has awesome pasta. The pizza was okay but pastas are a must try. The service was good as well. Very pleasant stay.

Lakend Udaipur is such a beautiful property surrounded by fateh sagar lake. The staff of the hotel were very humble and polite. The overall stay was amazing especially the serene views from the property and the staff. Thanks for an amazing stay.

The hotel is located near the beautiful Fateh Sagar Lake, offering a calm and scenic atmosphere. Our stay was truly memorable with well-maintained rooms and warm hospitality. The surroundings added to the charm, making it perfect for a peaceful getaway. The food was very delicious with a good variety to choose from. Service was quick and staff was polite, making us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I would love to visit again.

The property is beautiful, well maintained and staff is extremely accommodating and polite. Even in rain they got us medicine at night. All the restaurants at the property serve amazing food, special shout out to the pizzeria there amazing vibes, drinks & food. Will definitely go again.

Loved the room and overall ambience of the hotel. Though breakfast was not up to the mark, it was cold and tasteless. But the hotel is perfect if you want a luxurious stay overlooking the lake. The staff was courteous abd upgraded my room as well.

This was my second time staying at the same hotel, and I really love this place. Everything was perfect – the food, the stay, the staff, the comfort, and the lake view. The staff were very helpful. We arrived around 8:30 in the morning, and they allowed us to check in early both times. Special thanks to Mr. Ankit for helping us with a late checkout. Because of heavy rain, we needed to stay a few extra hours, and he extended our checkout time without any extra charges.

it's was a worst place and ambience like a simple local hotel hotel members not so corrective to baby food

The view was very beautiful and the breakfast was nice too. However, the rooms were a complete disappointment. For a five star, the room should definitely be better ..it was not at all well maintained. The washroom floors were not clean. There were mosquitoes too. The housekeeping and maintenance was poor and similar to an average 3 star hotel ..I would rate it well only for the beautiful views but rooms were a complete disappointment.

Be it the property, room, food, breakfast buffet, or the location of the Hotel Lakend, everything was top notch, but.. but.. but.. The only thing we didn't like was the attitude of the front desk staff during our check out! We were greeted and treated so warmly when we checked in, but the staff who prepared the bill during check out clearly needed to learn more about warm hospitality. There was no transparency about the check out bill and when we pointed that out, the guy looked/sounded pretty annoyed. It doesn't work like that! Anyway, apart from that little inconvenience, everything was smooth and overall, a very beautiful experience.

The rooms are very average, not look like a 5 star property. Only the lake view is good. But the room services and the rooms are badly managed.

best view, city view rooms are not worth it so always take lake view rooms initial checkin was meshed up and got sorted and overall things were good. it has ev dc fast and ac slow charger se well

The stay was comfortable. The hotel is perfectly located with the most beautiful views. The only aspect that needs working on is the maintenance and service. Rest the stay is quite great.

the property is small but nice, I would recommend the lake view room as that is the essence of this property. Major Drawback is the service , the hotel staff mixed all guest check in luggage and took 2 hours to deliver to the room. secondly they didn't allow us to drink our beer at the poolside and garden area. 1/5 star for that
