the hotel was under construction and no mentioned benefits were provided. The pictures shown in the mmt did not do justice at all. The hotel was not even 2 star and I believe when it is in construction it should have not have been shown in the list of hotels in mmt

The worst hotel I have seen in my 30 year travel life, doors not closing properly, very bad smells, tv not working, no wifi, no zym, finally i felt stayed at hell.

The pictures you’ve posted are not of our property and are entirely misleading. We take immense pride in maintaining our rooms and services to high standards, and we won’t tolerate false or defamatory claims. We believe in transparency and fairness for all guests, not just those who try to manipulate policies for personal benefit.

Hi MMT support, I recently booked a hotel on your platform, but the price shown during booking was different from the final amount charged. The initial price displayed was 3k but I was charged 6k.

Terrible Stay
Extra money was demanded by receptionist after we checked in hotel and when we declined, he threatened with grave consequences on non-payment. Ultimately, we checked out immediately from hotel. Terrible staff behaviour. He must be fired immediately as soon as possible in my opinion. The hotel is totally oozes unsafe vibe.

soloIt was a nightmare. Let me explain step by step 1 after entering the premise receptionist kept us waiting for more than 5 minutes he was busy in his phone talking to someone 2 i booked one day before but they gave my booking (room) to someone else. So at that moment there was no booking with my name. Things started getting worsen from this time. 3 after arguing for 25-30 min they showed us a room where water was not not coming from tap, shower etc. Basically you can't even flush. 4 after complaining about it. They insisted that there is no problem in room and kept saying that everything is fine. 5 i asked them to change my room and if it is not available then cancel my booking and refund us but they refused to do so. Then a reception said that you can't talk to me like that and she vanishes. 6 after arguing (now you can say fight) for 50 min they changed my room. 7 new room with same problem and some extras like. Ac was not working properly, lots of wine, whiskey bottles in the wardrobe, washroom was not clean, no complimentary like water bottles etc. ( basically they just gave us a room where the previous guests must have left the room just 15-20 min before at max. After fighting/intense argument for 1 hour and 50 min i decided to sink in these and never to stay in this hotel again. Imagine it was just one day before the exam. So it was really a nightmare for me

soloRooms are clean but the bed mattress is very uncomfortable with springs exposed out and the air conditioning does not work.

Excellent Stay
Good welcome when i came, i did early check in 3 hours before they agreed. I asked reception for help. They understand my issue as i was travel-ling from mumbai to ranchi. Very nice amenities. Thanks. Will share more tomorrow. My feed bank completed. Feed back completed
