It was a nightmare. Let me explain step by step 1 after entering the premise receptionist kept us waiting for more than 5 minutes he was busy in his phone talking to someone 2 i booked one day before but they gave my booking (room) to someone else. So at that moment there was no booking with my name. Things started getting worsen from this time. 3 after arguing for 25-30 min they showed us a room where water was not not coming from tap, shower etc. Basically you can't even flush. 4 after complaining about it. They insisted that there is no problem in room and kept saying that everything is fine. 5 i asked them to change my room and if it is not available then cancel my booking and refund us but they refused to do so. Then a reception said that you can't talk to me like that and she vanishes. 6 after arguing (now you can say fight) for 50 min they changed my room. 7 new room with same problem and some extras like. Ac was not working properly, lots of wine, whiskey bottles in the wardrobe, washroom was not clean, no complimentary like water bottles etc. ( basically they just gave us a room where the previous guests must have left the room just 15-20 min before at max. After fighting/intense argument for 1 hour and 50 min i decided to sink in these and never to stay in this hotel again. Imagine it was just one day before the exam. So it was really a nightmare for me
