Absolutely terrible service by the staff, a complete laid back approach in terms of solving an issue... No matter if your concern is big or small they are least bothered, you will have to remind them again and again to get the matter resolved! What's the point of paying so much when your service is even worse than a dharamshala? It was at the time of the check out when they apologised for their goof ups fearing that i would post a bad review (audacity)... No doubt the room was up to the mark in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, but again when we are paying this much we expect good service and assistance which is a sheer disaster in this place... Mr./Ms. Owner there is no point in spending on the infrastructure and amenities, if you can't hire a staff that is actually determined to make customer's stay comfortable and pleasant!
