It was good experience, staff's brhaviour was nice. As per rate, hotel is good to stay. Very clean and food was also nice.

The hotel is good. Rooms are spacious and clean.. But the behaviour of hotel staff and the services of the hotel are EXTREMELY POOR.. The hotel lift was not working, I was given a room on the 2nd floor. TV was not working in the room. When I complained to the hotel staff, they said that our dish is not catching network.. When I ordered for tea, tea did not arrive for a long time. When I called and asked, they said that the boy had gone to buy milk and would come back and prepare it, which would take another half an hour.. There was power failure in the hotel at 1 o'clock in the night, I called at 3 o'clock and asked if there was a generator, he said that he was running it now. Means, it is not so commonsense that if there are guests then run the generator. At 8 in the morning the power went off again when I called again, the person at the reception said that there is only one room booked in the entire hotel so I will not run the generator for that one room. The water in the washroom is too salty for bathing and there is no alternative to the hotel.

Location is good, amenities and services are also good.Its clean and serves good food.The taste can still be enhanced and more dishes can be added in the menu.

Staff was very cooperative sceneric view but cleanliness has to be taken care off... Also my room ac was not working properly

waited 10min at front desk just to get the room cleaned. Filled entire 2 forms just to check in. Shabby, cockroach infested room. WC leaking water continuously. Heater not working. Hallways were STINKING. Breakfast was a shame; staff were as if doing a favor with hardly anything available. Parking was a MAJOR challenge

Our stay in the property was fine not so good, as we just lived in the property for 3hrs we weren't staying for whole day. Room wise it was a really good room neat & clean. But the food was unsatisfactory and the taste was average. Though they charged a bit extra rate as per the rates mentioned in the menu card. Rest it was a good experience.

Room are clean and tidy very near to salasar balaji temple manager is good and calm most important is neat and tidy washrooms and spacious rooms must visit hotel. I don't have images

The Experience was Exactly the Same as Displayed Online :) hence there were no surprises. It was very clean & hygienic. Staff were very polite, professional & helpful wrt any queries raised or general info. seeked.. Def. would recommend for a budget stay with good amenities & neatness (y).

It's a nice property, located on Seekar highway, just 5 minutes drive from Balaji Dham temple. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Staff is warm and friendly.

Very nice place to visit with family. Room was good sized for a family of 4. The washroom was clean. Linen was neat and clean. Food was great. Wish I could have stayed longer.
