We probably checked into the hotel in the off season. As a result, there were no other guests in the hotel except us. So no activities and even the swimming pool was not operative. However, the general upkeep was good and staff very efficient.

Nice hotel at remote area, food is good, service staff is very nice, room sizes are perfect only needs to improve bathrooms, parking space is available. Located at highway which is more convenient for a travellers who wants to visit such a small heritage town. Overall, nice and very safe property to stay.

In the middle of heritage area, the place itself is a tourist attraction. Rooms are nice, with haveli experience while the toilets are modern as it should. Restaurant with nice ambience and good food. Breakfast was very good. Staff are extremely nice people.

The hotel is good. The rooms are good. Staff is cooperative. Waiters are neither trained nor very cooperative. Quality of toiletries need to be improved. Mr. Vipin Sharma went out of his way to take us around visit of Havelis and Mandawa Castle. Food quality needs lot of improvement. We are vegetarians. The Papad Mangodi vegetable along with Aizwan Roti were good but all other items including Soup were much below standard. Breakfast was not upto the mark and very poor in test. Rooms should have Tea/Coffee making facilities.

Not at all value for money. The staff attitude, standards of service were all par below the heritage tag this hotel flaunts. The prices are exorbitantly high and do not provide value for money. Many items listed on the menu were not available. We were not provided the extra bed even though we were charged upfront for the extra bed. Only after continuous assertion and insistence did we get the extra bed for the kids.

We enjoyed our stay here with family, were 12 people including 3 kids. Churu as a destination is underrated. Government should actually develop it as a major circuit. There are so many havelis here which are getting dilapidated with time. Malji Ka Kamra is a nicely restored heritage property. Food was excellent. Rooms were also good except few issues like sound insulation, hotel management has immediately taken action on that. There are some good activities you can do here. We missed the lunch at Johra and Desert Bonfire due to paucity of time and cold weather, as we were travelling with kids. Haveli Walk, Black Buck Sanctuary 2 hours. drive, Salasar Balaji temple is 1.5 hours were nice outings that we had. Drive from Delhi to Churu and back was excellent. There are 3 routes. We went through Rewari, Narnaul, Singhana, Chidawa, Jhunjhunu, Churu and came back by Jhunjhunu, Chidawa, Bhiwani, Jhajjar, Gurgaon. The route we took on our way back was better and took lesser time. Best weather to visit is winters.
