The hotel is newly built but facility is poor No parking facility Infact they don’t help for parking and they mentioned paid parking. They will just tell where you can park find parking yourself and if parking is little far away from hotel they don’t send any helper for luggage pickup you have to pickup by your own Bedsheets and pillow covers are little dirty we asked to change it then the staff replied it’s like this and it’s clean after little argument they changed it with attitude No restaurant facility Water is paid ok it’s fine but they also don’t provide normal RO water for drinking. You have to purchase water Towels not provide

Very bad and terrible experience. I booked four bed room in 2 days advance at this hotel and when I went there with family they denied and said four bed room is not available and also denied for refund got stuck there in midnight don’t book this hotel they are fraud and I request make my trip to take strict action against this hotel Ok

Location is outstanding, just 200 mtrs from Shri Salasar Balaji temple. Food was nice. Amenities were missing but replenished when pointed that out. A very good hotel in the price it is being offered.

The property is new but the reception person was not helpful n blunt. They are really not helpful and don't have a kitchen as well which means No food, no snacks, no tea or coffee (apart from that which is kept in the room with an electric kettle). The biggest thing is they don't have parking also so people travelling by their own vehicle they can park in public paid parking available. So the overall stay was an average stay as I stayed for a night only.

Pathetic Experience

Absolutely terrible service by the staff, a complete laid back approach in terms of solving an issue... No matter if your concern is big or small they are least bothered, you will have to remind them again and again to get the matter resolved! What's the point of paying so much when your service is even worse than a dharamshala? It was at the time of the check out when they apologised for their goof ups fearing that i would post a bad review (audacity)... No doubt the room was up to the mark in terms of hygiene and cleanliness, but again when we are paying this much we expect good service and assistance which is a sheer disaster in this place... Mr./Ms. Owner there is no point in spending on the infrastructure and amenities, if you can't hire a staff that is actually determined to make customer's stay comfortable and pleasant!
