Hotel Jesraj, Salasar is an absolute disaster. It’s shocking how they’re even running this place and charging premium prices. I paid for one night, and honestly, it was money completely wasted.
The room was full of mosquitoes, the cleanliness was pathetic, and the entire place felt unhygienic. Because of this, we didn’t even dare to eat at their so-called Mudra Restaurant, which looked just as dirty. And to top it off, the prices were ridiculously high — imagine paying ₹400 for a single Dal Makhni! You’ll find much better food at half the price near the Shri Balaji Temple area.
Don’t be fooled by the room size — bigger rooms don’t mean comfort here. Around midnight, some guests with children arrived in a nearby room and created a ruckus for hours. No soundproofing at all — the entire floor could hear them. Clearly, zero control by hotel staff and no concern for guest comfort.
It’s an old, poorly maintained property with a few new fittings added just to give a false impression. Totally unprofessional management and absolutely not worth the money.
I rarely write bad reviews, but this hotel truly deserves it. Save your money and sanity — avoid this place at all costs!
