It was horrible experience in this hotel hotel charging 2700 rs. On mmt but room looks like 500 rs. Per night. No room service, no food etc

the room's decoration is not up to the mark. i asked 3–4 times to change the blanket, but it was changed after 3 hours. bath towels are not available in the bathroom. request that he provide. over all bad experience stay at midtown.

familyThere was dirty washroom, there was seepage on the walls. There was no hot water in the bathroom, no water was running in the system. Intercom was not working. Phone and intercom was not working.

soloBreakfast can be a little more healthy. I had asked for a mattress as it was extremely cold but they couldn’t provide because of heavy booking. Still, mattresses should be provided (they should strategize accordingly) and can be paid too. Either room heater can be given and charge can be asked for. Water was a bit flaky and was smelling of detergent. Overall, stay was good otherwise.

Had opted for stay with breakfast and paid accordingly however was told by staff that only a single Parantha can be served. On request was served two paranthas with tea at a reasonable price whereas paid much more for booking with breakfast. Disappointing to say the least.
