Hotel Mandawa Haveli

Lovely old haveli beautifully renovated. I had a small room on the ground floor which was perfect and had great access to sit in the central courtyard. Lovely helpful staff and nice facilities, it’s located in the small town centre and that’s nice for atmosphere and mood and can walk to the very pretty main haveli district easily

Haveli was well decorated, artistic and definitely photogenic. Compared to cost, rooms are smaller. Service is average at most. Any request raised for service used to take time. Most awful aspect was food! it was extremely costly, with small portion size and tasteless. Overall, staying experience remained average despite paying handsome amount!

nice hotel and management here is all over good and friendly all over experience is good

Mandawa is a very small town or you may say a village. So location do not matter. Food was awesome unexpectedly. Hygiene and safety was ok ok. Mandawa haveli is a very small hotel. This actually may be called a homestay then a hotel. We were three families in three rooms. Only one room had a tv and there were only one tea coffee maker. Service was managed to be fine. Not a value for money deal. Photographs shown online may not be considered.

This is what you call a royal haveli, really feeling proud to stay here and if ever i go again this will be my preferred royal haveli to stay. Staff was very efficient, respectful and courteous. Hospitality was great and food was delicious.

The heritage ambience of the hotel is abundantly satisfactory. So is the service by the hotel staff. The hotel lacks a secure parking area for guests with their own cars. Cars required to be parked on the streets and though well secured, space is limited. This should be declared in the description of the hotel.

It was a nice Hotel with good service. Recommended when travelling to Mandawa. Food was good, room was well decorated with frescoes and paintings. Services could be improved.

Location of the property was easy to locate and the rooms were clean. The washrooms weren't clean though. The food quality could have been better. Below average experience.

When I booked this property I choose 2 meals preference but when we reached there person who was at reception denied straight away after that I shown him e-book voucher then he said Ok. After that we gave order for dinner at 6:30 and informed them that will have dinner by 8:30 pm. When we went in there restaurant one man was there we told him we ordered food before, so he said OK mam wait. Then he came with food chicken curry, pulao, shahi panner and only one chappati. I told my son you take this chapati they will bring more. In the mean while that waiter disappeard some where. We were waiting for him almost 10 minitues. Then he came again only with 3 chappatis and again he disappeared for next 15 mints. We felt like that these people only want to make money from foreigners who were siting in there room and ordered food. These people were serving them and the people who booked their dinner at 6:30 waited in the middle of dinner for 25 minitues. The food was tastless. There was no salt no spice nothing they prepare food according to foreigners taste. So if you people are planning make sure you avoid this place. They don't give respect to Indians.

It is centrally locates beautiful Haveli have paintings all over. All furniture are antique. Near to market and all places to see.
