Disappointed stay at hotel KC crossroad panchkula
Though the booking & check in was smooth but Room was not ready with extra bed/ mattress. Bedsheets were dirty. Room was too small compared to Rent charged.. Further I was told that arrangement for drivers stay will be in Hall which turn out be a non ventilated space full of mosquitoes. Driver ultimately return to vehicle to save himself from mosquitoes bites and humidity and heat. Overall Disappointment with the stay and property

Room was very untidy, tv was not working first then they repaired it. Ac remote was not working . Phone was not working . We stayed there a week before in deluxe room, its condition was very better. But this time it was not a nice stay .

unhappy with poor quality.
Unprofessional staff. Bad maintenance and lift not working properly. Unhygiene room. Not good for couples or girls.

Got in great deal .
Liked the property very much. It was very clean and lively hotel staff was very helpful. They prepare meal and request for my one and half year toddler.

Poor Stay
The room was too congested and was smelling badly with moistness everywhere on the ceiling. The lighting was pretty bad too especially for students coming for any exam purpose

Not suggested, spend a bit more for way better facilities.
The Hotel stay was just average. Hotel is easily locatable and the check in and check out process is smooth. However, the rooms offered does not meets standard with the price. At this price the room will be rated as below average. Overall stay will be rated as just average only.

The property was very neat and clean; the location is approachable, as it is located at the heart of Panchkula. The quality of the food was good.

An old property but cleanly maintained. Rooms easily accommodated 3 of us. Professional and well spoken staff. Property is located close to the Airport, Zirakpur industrial area and in the Centre of Panchkula city.

The hotel is OK but I was given an unmaintained room
Bad AC, bad toilets and room switches. The maintenance staff is not quite responsive too

Hotel location is good but it lacks in basic amenities such as Bar fridge hand towels were not available. Cleaning was basic over all satisfactory with the amount of money paid. Hotel needs good management team who are friendly and welcoming
