Review Of Hotel Kanha

It was a bad experience of choosing it for the stay . We reached 1 P.M in afternoon and the owner is saying that we don't have room available in the hotel , i can arrange room in other hotel for you. If you have not available room then why you have taken booking.Then after waiting for 3 hrs he gave the room in the hotel as I refused to take stay in another hotel.

Nice accommodation in budget, staff is professional, walking distance from railway station

Nice and clean rooms with Good interior under 1k with humble staff. A peaceful place with pick and drop from railway station and bus stand.

There was no hotel with the name tag of hcgroup of hotels so i didn’t know that it was dayal hotel, i should look for! naturally, had to stay at somewhere else!

I was very disappointed by the behaviour of the staff, in the name of delux room they provided is room with non functioning ac and torn bedsheets, Bathroom was also very dirty ,no towl ,no soap

I am surprised whatever mobile number you have agar that was incoming barred, and after reaching that destination you have send as a map. They send me in some different hotel with their staff. Even staff behavior, room is good
