Stay was excellent, hotel premise is good & well maintained.Even rooms are clean & Hygiene.Restraunt food is also good in taste & staff is very cooperative.Over all excellent hotel & stay was good.

The room was specious. Mattress provided was of poor quality. There were mosquitos in the room. i had to switch on the fan. I was expecting a better service quality from the reception, especially. overall ok

The staff was courteous and we had early morning check-in however they kept the room ready and the service , food , breakfast and even the room service was excellent.

The two-day stay at Hotel Kadamb Tree’s Presidential Suite in Jabalpur offered a mixed experience. While the suite was clean and comfortable, several operational shortcomings affected the overall satisfaction. The location was hard to find, Jacuzzi controls lacked guidance, and Wi-Fi access was cumbersome and restrictive. SmartTV was not usable for screen casting. Breakfast was delayed, and lunch service at the restaurant was disorganized, prompting a switch to in-room dining, which was more efficient. Room service meals were good but lacked basic condiments. Despite these inconveniences, the we appreciated the suite’s maintenance and managed to enjoy their getaway.

The property is excellent and well maintained. Very happy with the room service. Very nice big rooms with king size beds. Food is also good. Service is also quick. The air conditioner is also good. Ok distance from the main kamaniya gate. However, they are a little reluctant to accept credit cards for room service bills.
