Overall experience was good. nice amenities and service. only in morning nobody was picking the phone in service desk for morning tea. Rest all things was good.

Rooms are ok. Food is also good. Bedsheet was full of stains. Quilt cover was yellowish. Had to get them changed.

Missing hospitality
Booked hotel for 3 elderly ladies and even after booking room for 3 elders, hotel staff did not put the extra bed and it took more than 3 follow up’s.

Clean room, slow room servo
coupleVery well appointed room, they provide basic amenities like a kettle and hair dryer. Clean bathroom. Room service is extremely slow, we ordered dinner and after 90 minutes we still didn't get our food, we finally had to just cancel the order and went to sleep without food.

review for hotel jk celebration, jabalpur i recently stayed at hotel jk celebration in jabalpur. the hotel is quite new, and the ambiance is decent. the food was definitely a highlight—well-prepared and delicious. however, the biggest drawback was the lack of staff. due to this, things seemed disorganized, and service was not up to the mark. basic requests took longer than expected, and overall management appeared inefficient. if they can improve their staffing situation, it has the potential to be a much better experience.. photos not available
