Hotel don't operate Restaurant. Based on booking they provide food. We took Reservation inclusive of Breakfast, but they said that they don't have operating Restaurant. So they will arrange from outside. They ordered POHA and TEA which is worth of approx 30 per person, which doesn't justify to the payment paid for booking wrt Only Room amount. Bed linen and towels were not cleaned, cockroach was roaming around, bathroom was dirty.

Very bad rooms, not recommended at all. leaking geysers unclean rooms in poor condition. poor service.

Hotel staff is very bed because he is not provided hot water for bathing and not cleaning the room.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, the staff were unhelpful, and basic amenities were either missing or not working properly. Definitely not worth the price or the photos shown online. I would not recommend this property to anyone

My stay was extremely disappointing. The washroom was dirty, the bedsheets had stains, and basic toiletries were missing. The staff was unprofessional and unresponsive. To make things worse, someone was knocking on the door in the middle of the night, . The room had mosquitoes, and even the drinking water provided didn’t seem clean. Overall, a terrible experience — definitely not recommended. I don’t understand how does hotel has 4.1 rating unbelievable.
