Rooms were not clean, biscuit packets under the table. They gave us rooms in the 5th floor where there was renovation going on, and when requested for a change, they kept us waiting for 5 hours.

Avoid staying in this stinky hotel with poor maintenance

The hotel is in pathetic condition. The toilets are stinky and soiled. Although, the staff made efforts by cleaning it one extra time on our request but the toilet pan itself was so old that it could not be cleaned. The furnitures were old and stinky.. The staff were insensitive to any requests made. The intercom was not working in the rooms, one had to call them over a mobile number. The washroom fittings were broken and leaking. Overall, the only plus point of the hotel is the location. It is best avoided.

The hotel was average—not particularly good or bad. The room interior felt outdated and not very comfortable. The washroom was also below expectations and not pleasant to use. Overall, it was a basic stay but could definitely use some improvements.

1. Had to wait for more than half an hour for getting the confirmation to the hotel. 2. The reception boy wasn’t to be blamed as he has to do everything. Receiving food order, checking in, checking out, collecting payment, ensuring payment from checked in people, and registering the checked in people with id’s. 3. Untidy rooms. Air conditioner- not working, fan - not working, no ventilation, valuator for money????.4. Movements of other guests, gives us an uncomfortable feeling and security. In totality- worst experience. Sorry to say so.

horrible experience, rooms are maintained very poorly. I was forced to shift two rooms due to ac problem in alloted room. hotel looks good only from outside inside rooms are old. Toilet there was no jet spray and hot water was limited

soloI was in a deluxe room, it was not well maintained, laundry was not good, outside sound /noice enters the room and it's unbearable, i think some guests were playing karaoke and that was coming directly to my ears, not all electrical points working.

Average hotel in town, only entrance area is good, i was initially allotted room no 409 on 4th floor, old rooms ac was not working, on complaining i was shifted to other room and same problem with ac. Later shifted to 2nd floor, rooms were bit renovated than from 4th floor, ac was fine but tv channels were not working, western toilet with no jet spray, geezer which gives only one bucket of hot water that too after waiting for nearly 15 minutes. Overall very poor standard maintained

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
