    The problem with the stay was that I went at around 2:30 pm and was very tired after a journey of 22 hours in train and was expecting a smooth check in and on the contrast room was not ready and had to wait for long then they gave me a room temporarily and said when the room will be ready they will check me in my room when I went to that room blinds were not working and there was no hot water also soap dispenser was not working properly too On the reception there was this girl komal who was very helpful but over all it was not a pleasant stay food was good 👍

    Not suitable to stay I checked around 6.30 am where I had to cough ₹800/- as early check-in which I paid but sorry to say that space between the divider glass and toilet was not sufficient which was difficult to use no hot water supply was provided on request in bucket after wait of half an hour. Very bad experience will not advise to stay .

    They did not even provide water bottle , the room floor was sticky everywhere. No warm water in bathroom . The towel was not even cleaned. Only the staff was good in talking but careless in cleaning

    I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. There was a bad smell everywhere, and the room itself smelled awful, as if it had been locked for years without ventilation. The bed sheets, blanket, and pillow covers were clearly used — with visible dirt and hair on them. The TV wasn’t working, and basic amenities like a bucket and towel were missing from the room. Even after calling the staff, it took them over an hour to respond. This was by far the worst hotel stay I’ve had, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
