Terrible Stay
My booking was done through MakeMyTrip, the hotel is near the railway station but the hotel was terrible, dirty, too much smell. I would not like to stay there under any circumstances, the reception person was not professional, after waiting for 3 hours they showed the room which was very smelly and was a bottle of beer behind the curtain, after requesting they showed me another room which was dirty and smelly, they said this is the cleanest room. The building outside was nice but inside the room was very smelly, dirty, unprofessional desk person, and the bathroom was also not clean, my experience was very bad... Whatever the situation is, I do not recommend staying there if you want to visit the room first after booking the hotel.

although location was good, noise from railway station was disturbing. Food was good. services were not good. Bath towel not provided, bathroom was not well maintained.

Poor Stay
the concept of this hotel is to help those passengers who plan to catch train on odd hours. the rooms are very stuffy. window panes had spider webs. the toilet exhaust was not working. the hot n cold taps were also not working throughout. there were insects in the toilets. there was no hooks or towel holders in the washroom. the room services were pathetic. there was a lot of confusion. the people could not execute the instructions n other rooms' orders being delivered to my room. overall we are very dissatisfied with the stay.

Good Stay on 3rd - 5th Oct'2025
The 2 days stay of me and my family in the Max Club Category Room at Max Hotel property were quite comfortable and relaxing, though there were some flaws in some facilities which requires a little bit of improvement, otherwise it is overall good to me. On the other hand if I was told to review the resturant service it was upto the mark and very delicious as I expected before taking the fooding option. Thanks to Max Hotel for providing us this lodging and fooding experience with much needed amenities in an apt location near the station with proper noise cancellation of railway station chaos.

Property is good and rooms are clean but when I have occupied sanatry systems are not good like bath shower and taps are not worked properly and sometimes current is off and backup also not there. Except that all are good

Terrible Stay
First of all. The hotel admin was unable to verify my booking voucher for about 20 mins... And whenwe reach the specified room it was dirty and the bedsheets were not washed correctly. And there were no door mats in the room. And the water supply at the washroom was terrible. And in the morning they asked us to come down for breakfast.. And I was not feeling well so they didn't provide the ample amount of breakfast in my room the admin said we will provide breakfast for only 1 person.

I made this booking a few days ago. I had a small request for early check-in, as I had to check out the same day. I had to wait and the hotel staff behaved badly. The room was dirty and towel was not available, had to call for a towel and it arrived after 1 hour. overall my experience worst.

Torn sheets and dirty walls, the management is not interested in it now
I booked it with a previous good experience a year back but now it has become a careless and cheap place with shameful maintenance standards. My room had a torn and dirty bedsheets, on asking they said change of bedsheet is not available. further, quilt cover was torn too. The towel was again torn, I requested housekeeping for a change that never arrived. There was a big mark on the wall and tape in the place of a frame that was not there anymore and other marks on the wall. No slippers or water bottle but a tap water bottle. There was no bowl for tea begs, left like this to gain moisture and get dirty. Pathetic

The problem with the stay was that I went at around 2:30 pm and was very tired after a journey of 22 hours in train and was expecting a smooth check in and on the contrast room was not ready and had to wait for long then they gave me a room temporarily and said when the room will be ready they will check me in my room when I went to that room blinds were not working and there was no hot water also soap dispenser was not working properly too On the reception there was this girl komal who was very helpful but over all it was not a pleasant stay food was good 👍

Very darty hote
very darty and I need to clean rooms and a common area. The bed sheet is also very darty and tourn . All the furniture provided in the room also very darty .Room service is also not good
