Hotel Mid Town

location is good but this is not well maintained properly, and not up to the mark, washroom is avarage room size is big but not maintained

experiences I have had. The staff was extremely careless, rude, and completely unprofessional. The breakfast was pathetic – tasteless, stale, very limited options, and poorly managed. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this property unless they make serious improvements in their staff behavior, service quality, and food standards.

Hotel Mid town is in primary location in Jabalpur. Since we arrived late night there, we already took the food from outside. But there are plenty of pure veg and non veg around which you can use. Overall it is a nice stay. However price is slightly higher side as compared to similar hotels in that area.

No cleaning very high price of meals , rest is pure veg it is good for vegetarian people , over all average

The room was not ready for check in upto more than half hour after we reported to hotel. Although we reported at around 6 pm. The room was cleaned while keeping us in waiting. Even after the cleaning, room had dirty smell, the bedsheet was damaged, the toilet and bathroom had a very old and average feel. Not many services were provided as given in room description. The chair was not available, the soap, shoe shiner, brush, towels for two guests, etc. Was not available. Even when we had booked the room with breakfast, breakfast was not available even until 8 am. We had to check out without having breakfast.

Service of the hotel is too poor and attendant behaviour is also not good.

Checked in at 12 mid night, no water was even provided in the room, no response by the staff, they didn't checked even water to be provided when a person in getting room, tea kettle was there but only kettle don't know how someone can use without milk pouch sugar and cup, it was a show piece. Was having complimentary breakfast with booking, they were confused and hold the breakfast for 1 hr, they don't have servies at all.

No water bottle provided by hotel telephone not working no iron service, every-time staff saying will be coming to pick the clothes for iron then lastly they said we have no one availabl

we reached late night at resort but the staff arranged the food for us, the place was easily reachable, parking facility for 4 wheelers was also good, gaurds on the gates made more safty stay, space is also very good

There were rats in the room.

I was there for a night stay and i found food was good, hygiene was ok ok and safety standards was good

Bakwas hotel, no फैसिलिटी provided by hotels as shown. Its टू costly for service provided by hotels.. Rooms and accessories are not particular..

Foul smelling rooms with litters around bed sheet smelling very bad. Washroom not cleaned. No response form the front desk. Worst food
