Clean room Services are also good Quality of food provided was also great Overall it was a niche experience

They changed my room because they forget to check booking and gave me another room which is not good at all, I had to get all the bed sheet and covers changed. No free water bottle either they give RO or u have to pay 30 rupee for 20 rupee bottle. Room service is poor and slow. I can't sleep since people were moving in corridor and shouting.

Location was well connected, near market area. Cleanliness was satisfactory. Price vs amenities was good.

Very good, affordable and no-frills option. Value for the money hotel located just opposite to ‘The Jabalpur Club (Jubblepore Club – Britishers Era Club). It is located in the upscale area. The staff is very good, courteous and cooperative. They takes of each guest as if we are their personal guests. Food served is tasty and good. Rooms are not congested as compared to room rent. On check out day, our group (9 pax) was required to leave early for further journey and we requested them for early breakfast, which was complimentary as per our booking contract. Instead of 8 a.m. we requested them to serve the breakfast by 07:30 a.m. on the check out day itself i.e around 07:15 a.m. They immediately made arrangements for preliminary breakfast (complete breakfast options were provided gradually by 8 a.m.) without any hesitation and pointing towards the rules, which star hotels normally points out. The reception guy personally followed-up with the kitchen. Best in call hospitality experienced by our group.

I booked it for 9hrs stay,Hotel is good with location near to railway station.Check in was fast,room was good & clean as shown. We ordered Tea which was mind blowing,we loved it. Only disappointing thing was they didn't keep toiletries & towels and when we asked for towels they gave only one.We asked reception person repeatedly to send one more towel but they didn't send which was not expected & very unprofessional. Overall hotel was very good Thanks MMT

No facility. Higher cost. Only room is specias. Nothing good as per cost charged. No proper bathroom kit is available. Fix breakfast without choice. Making full in name of complimentry breakfast. In similar or lower cost in other hotels are providing all above requirements without capping.

Hotel is good but they unable to provide morning required things like thoth brush com so it’s little bit not good

The room was not hygienic. There was a damp in the wall. The pillow cover was tattered. Overall it was not a pleasant stay.

Location is ok. But no hotel ambience. It is not a prominent hotel. Ground floor full of shops. L floor eye hospital. Ll floor the lodge, with 25 rooms in single corridor. Not a good feeling. Very low class.

Location, food and services are good. Having sufficient infrastructure. But maintenance of same is not. Bed linen are not good.
