This hotel only established for loot of customer, there are not proper arrangement of basic things like basin, bedsheet, blanket, toilet and bathroom in terrible condition, no arrangement of water, dustbin etc. This hotel only become for cheat, rate so high compare to facility.

The make my trip how gives the franchisees to the sub h mangalam hotel. I booked a room in the shri mangalam hotel only due to the make my trip reputation but there is totally different as in on line, hence, now from today i will never trust on make my trip reputation also.

This hotel is very good for families and group of friends. Rooms were luxurious. Staff was very attentive and response was quick enough. Overall a very good experience.

Quite a mediocre stay

The stay was very basic. There were not many of the facilities available in the room. There was no catering facility either. Thus we had to bring food online.

Cleanliness was issue. Lot of mosquitoes to which Hotel did not do anything. Washroom didn't have functional basin tap. Either hot water or cold water was available. The staff had to be requested to get both. Lot of delays when we ordered regular drinking water. Also is far away from City centre. Hotel staff was not receptive to customer issues.
