Terrible experience with capital o kartik. Bedsheet has not changed and condition of room wasshabby

Very worst hotel, dirty badding, no fan regulator, toilet fittings are not working, totaly vacant rooms, only used for drink

होटल में जाने के बाद मैनेजर द्वारा और ज्यादा पैसे की मांग की जाती है कस्टमर को परेशान किया जाता है रात को धक्के खाने पड़ते हैं फिर कहीं जाकर घंटे बाद ज्यादा पैसे देकर होटल में रूम मिल पाता है

Early check-in charges taken even though room were available. Food charges very high in room service extra. Taken

Keep toilet, towel, blanket cover and bedsheets clean

Found a rat in the room which exited through bathroom drain. Ac not working. No intimation provided for closure of bar at 5pm i checked in at 1235 hrs. Economy breakfast menu not fully available.

Not well for family purpose. Because many drinkers are there and couples feels uncomfortable request to you kindly suggest us a well hotel

Rooms are full of cockroaches. Hotel rooms are seems like bin. Location is good. Very near to dadar statiob. Room service is not upto the mark. Houseboys are lazy.

Never ever make a booking in this property

here my experience over hotel kartik.they will not allow you to check in, at the price that you paid while booking by any online mode. in online mode their rooms are available at low range but when you check in they charge you more. they is terrible moment because no other hotels are adjacent to them and also their room are not worth it at the price they are asking you. bed sheet are dirty and room fans are too noisy. and this hotel is not only to stay, it is having bars also there that makes unsafe for women specially, people around them are drunk.worst experience overall

Very much disappointed with the service. When we reached at the hotel we were denied the room because of the lower price of the room which i booked during booking. We talked to your service executives also for long hours but the response was very light. Please upgrade your service.

No hygiene at all. Room is very smelly and no ventilation also. Ac not working properly and fan makes lot of notice.

The amount taken at hotel was more than double then rhea amount shown at the time of booking i. E. 1200 was charged by the hotel.
