Our family stay was really amazing. Ambience was good, nice, and courteous staff. Food served is really delicious. Hotel location is very good, clean air, pollution free atmosphere.

Poor service, dirty room and bathroom, food quality was bad.Experience was very horrible as the food quality was very poor. It was not proper. It was like smelling a lot and the room was very dirty. The bathroom was very dirty and the experience like calling the staff twice or thrice for the services and the service we were getting late and overall, the experience was very horrible.

Nice stay and friendly staff,,food very nice ,,all amenities provided were up to the mark,,would recommend everyone travelling to jabalpur.

My experience staying at this hotel was very bad. I will never stay here again. The service was extremely poor – the AC didn’t work properly, and there was no fridge in the room. Even after I requested, they came at 10 PM but the fridge was not working; it was shut down. They claim that rooms have bathtubs, but mine was useless because the water wouldn’t stay in it. When I complained, they came at 9:30 PM and spent an hour trying to repair it. Finally, they managed to make it work with a temporary fix, but then the water wouldn’t even drain out of the bathtub. Such terrible service! I will never return to this hotel. On top of that, they didn’t even offer a welcome drink. When I tried to switch on the TV, it didn’t work because there was no recharge.

The worst hospitality i have ever received in jabalpur, complete unhygienic room and dirty bed sheets at the suite room. They took 2 hr to serve the morning tea & denied to serve the breakfast in the restro. The tea & breakfast they have sent in the room after an hour was completely unedible.

The hotel is very beautiful in itself with luscious lawns and wedding areas. The rooms are even more spacious and the staff are very cooperative and helpful. There was no need to remind them for any service, very swift and efficient service. loved the stay

Food quality was poor, unprofessional behaviour of staff, we were sent for breakfast to a venue which was for some private gathering of wedding, when they opposed they didn't had words to rectify or resolve the matter
