Review Of Hotel JRJ Grand

I was booked the room along with grand breakfast with extra payment. but the hotel has refused to provide the Grand breakfast and told us they are not having this type offer and not provided the complementary tooth kit, soap,and sliper similar to other hotel of same teriff, we had done the payment given for Grand breakfast kindly reverse the given amount.

The hotel food is fine and was provided as per the time given. The room and the bathroom was fairly clean. The room also had a small working table with a chair, which was an added advantage to do work

The property is new and well maintained. The behaviour starting from reception to room service are really homely, caring and professional. Property does not hv resturent , but room service promptness, quality of food and quantity are really appreciable. The best thing is room quality, neatness, amenities and housekeeping service. Unlike many hotel here , it's very calm, location wise good and surrounded by many veg and Nonveg resturents. Overall experience is really good

This hotel is located in the mall road which is a prime location. Firstly I would like to mention the great hospitality provided by hotel staff and manager. I never found a hotel calling to pickup luggage before even reaching their place. They provided us with best possible room. The room provides a great view of the nearby hill from window. The room is perfectly decorated and clean. They have a lot of items in their menu and most of the items I tried are awesome. Behaviour of hotel staff is something to be highlighted, they arranged us with taxi for sight seeing and helped in all possible way. I would highly reccomend this hotel.
