All things was absolutely amazing, best in the location, staff was great, cleaning was great, room service and rooms was good

Need to improve service and guest interaction

When we enter in hotel, no one was at reception. Then i enter in our suit, no ac was on. Room has a bad odour, cupboard has no hangers and it was dusty. I had to call many times to staff for small things to update rooms.
