Big campus, beautifully areca planted landscape. Clean and Comfortable room size for 3 adults. Very cooperative helpful staff. Food was satisfactory. But location is too far 5 km from the centre ie Malvan Bus Stand and it was very costly affair to go to Bus Stand as the autorickshaw charges ₹.100/- . However buses are available outside the hotel but need to have patience to wait for the same.

It's @6km from chivala beach and if you have your own vehicle then only you can prefer this hotel. Outside city. Basic things missing like phone in room, shampoo, soap etc. Bed sheets are so simple, it should be blanket for AC rooms. No choice for food. Some how manage break fast home made which is good

A very clean, comfortable place with A/C & Non- A/C room. We stayed for 1 night and were quite happy with the place. The service was decent - responsive and attentive. This quaint place is situate The on the Kudal- Malvan Rd ( Also called the Malvan - Casual Rd. It is most suited for folks travelling with vehicles. Only thing is the hotel did not have dining hall.

The place was a little far from the beach about 7-8 kms. Very clean and well maintained. Food is provided if precooking is made else it's difficult. Each room has 3 beds, television and a bathroom. The hotel also has enough parking space. The room was available at a very reasonable price.

Nice experience and lovely weather in Malvan Bich. Scuba driving swimming is very good and all activities it's very good and I'm very happy to visit Malvan. Good location, service, food is nice. Good experience.

Its a budget hotel with good stuff and cleanliness and appearance. Hotel claimed they have scuba in there facility. " It offers facilities like water sports, snorkeling and scuba diving " But they dont. They only gave phone no of some agent. And those agent took us to the scuba counter. They took 1000/- from each of us. But later we found actual scuba cost is 500/- So dont go for scuba from the hotel. Food quality was good. They provide veg, non veg proper malwani food.
