Terrible Stay
Totally bad experience, staff r so rude he his mis behaviour, parking problem,I'm stay in js but car park to long of.hotel , no man take care of customer, totly bad experience,room r so dirty, towel small and smel very bad

Overall good not excellent.
Hotel is good. I have booked two deluxe room rooms are quite neat and clean, whereas I have issue with one room, which was small compare to other.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel j s residency! the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment. It was my first visit i cant recommended to anyone to choose this hotel
Hotel wash room sink found leakages there was spelling the water entire washroom gezier not properly working. There was not a single towel. There is no big table for lunch or dinner due to i had dinner on bed. No proper ambience due to water condensation on walls inside the washroom.

groupI thought place would be close to ghat or mandir. But it’s not that close and it’s messy to reach to ghat from this property. This place cannot serve you good food. Very average rooms. Staff were nice. They can maintain better quality and cleanliness.

Terrible Stay
Had a terrible stay. Rooms are in very bad shape. They require major renovation. Pillows provided in the room are so hard that it will cause you neck pain. Overall a very bad stay. Highly not recommened.

Staff is polite but there is shortage of staff as asked them to clean the room thrice but no has don and ultimately they send the normal cleaner at 9 pm after requesting again and rest room is okay and there is no soap for hand wash rooms and bathroom that much not cleaned as expected. Plus point is staff cooperation.

Not good option to stay
The atmosphere of the hotel was gloomy, unclean, food was not good, breakfast was not palatable, service can be better. Not value for money( i booked room for 21000 for 2 day stay)

familyLocation of the property is good. I paid around 12600 for two days and the rooms which i got are too small the service is ok food is good but the complimentary breakfast menu is disgusting you will not get much choices. Overall an average stay
