All staff member are good good Best service and Temple near Kashi Krishna Temple near and Hotel parking facility

Little bit issue regrading setup and facilities rest all well...els all good

Needs improvement in service and hotel, especially in plumbing and Water, hope so next time it will get bette

I had a wonderful stay at the Nanak Palace in Banaras. The ambiance was peaceful, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to the receptionist Golu Kumar, who was exceptionally kind and supportive throughout my stay. Their helpful attitude made the experience even more comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Banaras!

It was a very bad experience. When we asked for cold water, they said that it would be chargeable and they were charging us and outside the room, those people were fighting inside which was very disturbing.

Staff behavior was not found satisfactorily. Cold drinking water was not supplied. Room AC and remote were not compatible. Live TV programs were missing.

Nice if you are without a vehicle. But if you have a 4 wheeler vehicle you will have a hard time reaching the hotel, because roads are blocked almost everywhere because it is near kashi vishwanath temple. After coordinating multiple times with the hotel staff you will reach the hotel through a narrow street and after wasting an hour, and you will regret it. Although, the hotel staff are nice and cooperative.

Maintenance of the property is average. Room service is also not good. Water clogged bathroom. Lack of cleanliness

Property location is on interior road. Room and toilet is very small. Average hotel......

Location is Good. it is 150 Meter from Main Luxa Road & approx 500 meter from godoliya Chowk. Foods are available from their In house Kitchen. Rooms Size are Average for Double bed Room. But Triple Bed Room is Good in Size With big size washroom. Staff are also cooperative.

They asked extra charges for early check-in. Also, didn't treat us good after we complained for the same. The room was small than expected.

The room was very small for a double bed room.l and Ac was not working properly when we checked in. Also the bathrooms were not cleaned . the linens were dirty. Overall the experience was pretty bad

Hotel ambiance is good. staff behaviour is really good and quit helpful. hotel room is properly maintained but space in bathroom is relatively small. 10-12 mins walking distance from Nandi Chowk.

we booked double bedroom, room r very small just 10* 10 ft, 100 sq feet, but ok, geyser was not working, they gave only one towel...

Zero water bottles. Clean room, but small. Placement is great, lots of good restaurants around. No car parking.
