Review Of Hotel Heritage Inn

Rooms are not clean, stinky, no complementary tea and no mineral water. Walls need whitewash, seepage in the wall

Hotel was ok ok. No tea in room. No toothbrush. No toothpaste. We had taken including breakfast but in breakfast they provide only 2 option poha and paratha

I travel-led with family and i didn’t find rooms are clean. We also had cigar smell in the room and no proper ventilation. We also had dinner and food is very bad.

Property location is good. Food is very good. Manager behaviour is very good. Just one bathroom door is jammed.

Heritage? it cud have been named something else. Except fellow at reception nothing was even fair in the hotel. Musical beds, dancing roaches, dusky washrooms, insecure doors

The hotel ambience, food quality, location-all are very good & each & every staff is very good & helpful.

Bathroom taps are broken. Bad was broken. No room dustbin was available. Pathetic condition

Stay was pleasant, but the hotel should provide at least complimentary tea in the morning. Also paid tea was not available till 7. 30 in the morning. I had to check out @7. 30 a. Without breakfast and tea

Good environment. Cooperative staff. Always on time. Food items served with clean utensils. Location also nearby railway station.

Everything is good for location, foods, hospitality and all other aspects for require in hotel in jaipur.

Here in the room it looks like they didn't do the maintenance. And in the bathroom the shower broke and the water supply was also bad.

I was quite comfortable stay at heritage inn, reception guy was helpful, on request they changed bedsheet and pillow cover.

Room space and vantilation is not good. Water gujar not provide and show wrong location on mmt

There might be some technical glitches but the staffs are always open to help you out even to the extant of changing your room without any delay.

It was a nice place to stay. People are very polite. Food was also good.

Jaipur is beautiful city but i was very busy my work so i can not see hole city. Next time i will go to jaipur and enjoy my visit.

Hotel was decent, receptionist was well behavior, staff was ok and food was just normal all over stay was ok

In the room table and chair was not there and there was no facility in bathroom and on the floor of room the pieces of glass was there the room was poor

Superb experience, spacious room, well mannered stafff, facility superb any time can check in no issue, ac service superb
